WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON
TO 10 PM EST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of
up to one inch and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an
inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Delaware, Eastern Montgomery and
Eastern Chester. In Maryland, Kent MD. In Delaware, New Castle.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation is expected to start as
snow before quickly changing to a wintry mix and eventually
changing to all rain.
